Sanitation
The prerequisite of high quality draught beer is continuous cleanliness and hygiene of beer dispensing equipment. Sanitation of beer tubing is a process during which by operation of chemical and mechanical elements microorganisms and layers of beer stone are destroyed. In order to achieve due results, the professional piece of equipment must be used. It forces to beer tubing sanitation liquid, which destroys all microorganisms settled on the walls of beer tubing. It is necessary to have the beer tubing cleaned at least once a month, also in premises where the condition of daily rinse of tubing with cold water exists. However, it is recommended to sanitize once in two weeks.
Our company provides sanitation of beer tubing on 2/3 of the Slovak Republic territory. There are daily 19 professionally trained employees in the field. With help of certified and high quality technology, they guarantee professional care of beer dispensing equipment. Besides cleaning, our employees control condition of the beer dispensing equipment, carry out small repairs, and can advice bartenders when having problems with dispensing.
